I cant believe its spring and summer is right around the corner! A few things I have done to start getting ready include, eating healthier, increasing my water intake and being consistent with my workout routine. The single most important key to optimizing health is making positive changes in your diet. Yet many people fail to do so. Although there are many reasons why people choose not to optimizing their diet, one of the primary factors is the perception that healthy food does not taste good. In general, personal trainers develop extensive education and experience in the fitness industry so that they can provide clients with detailed, customized exercise programs that will help them accomplish any and every health objective they have. 3. Create SMART Goals.
One of the reasons people fail to accomplish their health goals is because they do not write them down. Avoid this oversight by creating clear, concise SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-Specific) goals. An example of a great SMART goal would be "I will do thirty-five minutes of cardiovascular exercise on the bike each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in order to lose two pounds per week."
