Visit your local Wendy’s® to purchase a Jr. Frosty™ Halloween Coupon Book for $1

Did you know that now through October 31, you can stop by your local Wendy's and purchase these JR. Frosty coupon books?   And did you know that every coupon book you purchase benefits the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption?  Wendy's has supported foster care adoption for 22 years! Each book is $1 and $.90 of that dollar goes to this great foundation.   Each of these coupon books contains coupons for free frosty treats.  Coupons are valid from 11/01/2014 through 02/01/2015.

Here is what I'm thinking,  I am room mom and planning my kids fall party at school.  It's coming up soon and I love giving out special treats to the kids at the end of the party.  I bet you see where I am going with this.  Don't you think the kids would love these coupons?  I know mine would!  Or maybe I will use them as prizes for games at the party. Or even both, I can give each kid a coupon and give books to all the game winners.

In 1990, Dave Thomas, founder of Wendy’s, accepted President George H.W. Bush’s invitation to be the spokesperson for a national adoption awareness campaign. Just two years later, Dave established The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption as a non-profit public charity with one primary goal: to help every child in foster care find a loving, permanent family.  Such a great foundation, and I for one, am proud to help support it.

There are more than 100,000 children in foster care awaiting adoption. Well, thanks to Wendy’s consumers and the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, 4,000+ children have found adoptive families.  Isn't that great? And this year alone, Wendy's is aiming to give $10 million dollars to the foundation. And all we need to do to help is
purchase a Wendy’s Halloween Coupon Book for $1 at participating Wendy’s to support foster care adoption.  Easy enough, don't you think?
