Yogurt Marinated Chicken Thighs

The amazing marinade of yogurt, infused grapeseed oil, herbs and spices makes this chicken dish so full of flavor.

I have just recently become a Wildtree rep.  I decided to join this great company after doing a ton of research,  I read and researched  their products and their opportunity for a while before joining. I knew this would be a product I could market because it is a company who's products I believe in.

If you want to learn more about Wildtree, please visit my site. But I will give you a quick overview and to let you know why I have become rep and I why I love their products. Wildtree offers great spice blends, some quick convenience foods, grapeseed oils and coconut oil. All Wildtree products are certified organic and natural. They have no fillers or dyes and they taste awesome. In addition to selling products, I also offer freezer workshops - this a great way to get 10 meals prepped and ready for the freezer while hanging out with some of your friends and having a ton of fun.

Now - On to this recipe...

My favorite Wildtree products are the infused grapeseed oils, I used a lemon infused grapeseed oil for this recipe and it really contributed a ton of flavor to the dish.  So much so that hubby and the kids couldn't believe I didn't use an actual lemon in this marinade.

Once this dish was cooked it was crunchy and flavorful on the outside, (my daughter normally hates the skin on chicken but she couldn't believe how good it was when I served this to her.) On the inside, this chicken was moist and juicy and full of so much flavor.   If you want to try any of these great products, let me know and I can help you get some.  If you just want to try this dish, feel free to substitute your favorite spice blends in place of the Wildtree seasonings I used.

1 lb bone-in, skin on chicken thighs
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon infused grapeseed oil
1 teaspoon garlic and herb blend
salt and pepper
2 crushed garlic cloves

Place all these ingredients into a Ziploc bag and let marinate for a few hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Line a baking sheet with tin foil and top with a wire rack. Place chicken on the rack.

Roast chicken in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until juices run clear when pierced.
