14 Day Slimdown with SlimFast

It's not my birthday but if I am going to start a slim down why not do it in a celebratory way - right? To be honest, I feel like I am cheating a bit whenever I enjoy one of these SlimFast meal bars, only 180 calories.  They are delicious and filling and the perfect treat when you are craving a little something special.

Our plans for this summer break include a beach trip - its coming up soon and I am on a mission to get in better shape for it. These bars are part of the 14 Day Slimdown, to lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks by following these great tips:

Swap 2 meals a day with SlimFast protein drinks or meal bars.
For the third meal, it must be 500 calories.
Enjoy three, 100 calorie snacks  or a piece of fruit.
Stay under 1200 calories a day.
Do 30 minutes of exercise a day.
Drink lots of water.

This seems doable, especially when you have bars and drinks that are enjoyable.  I look forward to these products and that makes the Slimdown easy to stick to.

I have another great tip for you, I am so bad about drinking water.  In order to keep myself hydrated and drinking what I need I use a great app called Hydrate Me. This app allows me to set goals and keep track of my water intake.
