Our schedules have become pretty hectic this year. On days when we have a lot activities after school I ike to set up my slow cooker early in the day- but that doesn't always happen. Actually it really hasn't happened at all this year. Those busy days have been dubbed "the dreaded Wednesdays" On Wednesday we are out until almost 8 at night with after school activities. It our super hectic day. My daughter dances on these days and her and her friends have a short break between classes. A lot of times, they are starving by the time this break rolls around. Usually one or two moms will make a food run for them so they can sit and eat a bit and get their homework out of the way.
One of the restaurants near our dance studio is Arby's. I am so glad it's there because not only do the girls eat at this time but normally we join them for a quick biite to avoid eating after 8 when we get home. You can clck here to find an Arby's near you - Find an Arby's.
Now that the King Hawaiian sandwiches are back (and only for a limited tme) I know what I willbe ordering next time we make a "food run." Arby's affers the King Hawaiian Roast Beef and the Kings Hawaiian Roast Beef and Swiss. These sandwiches are made to order and always served hot with an extra helping of roast beef and a Kings Hawaiian Bun. The Roast Beef and Swiss also has melted Swiss cheese on it as well as crunchy pickles and a creamy Dijon mustard. Now I am seriously craving one of these bad boys! I hope I can wait until next Wednesday.
Have you tried either of these sandwiches yet? If so, what did you think?
