We had so much fun today - we spent the afternoon sitting outside and carving pumpkins. Actually, Hubby and I didn't carve any pumpkins the kids did all the work! They sure did - even that one armed child with the super cool tie-dyed cast on her right arm. We
Pumpkin Masters sent me a number of kits to choose from and I let the kids choose their favorite designs.
Sweet Girl chose this kit, the Surface Carving Kit. She is a huge fan of owls and loved the design that was in this kit.
Here she is with her creation looking very proud of her finished product:
Little Man really loved the look of this spider in the Kids Carving Kit.
Here he is hard at work (proof that he did this one all by himself.) I love how safe these tools are for the kids to use, and there was no reason to break out the kitchen knife.
And his finished project - I don't know whats creepier my child or his spider.
These kits are great and you can find them anywhere. Pumpkin Masters is available at your local grocery, drug, or craft store, and nationally at Target and Walmart. And they really have so many great kits to choose from.
