I am going to be completely honest about this post -I don't normally buy any frozen already prepared meals. That being said - my lunch options are usually small amounts of leftovers or me standing in front of the fridge picking at a little of this and a little of that. Probably not a healthy option and definitely not enough to be considered a meal (Hmmm - maybe thats why I am always starving at dinner time.)
After checking out The Michelinas website and learning about Make It Your Michelina’s, the company and a group of bloggers have taken these frozen meals and elevated them to a whole new level, my thoughts about frozen meals have changed. My favorite part - they did it with only a few extra ingredients and not much more time. I must say - I am ready to grab some meals and get creative with them myself.
Yes, these meals do look great on their own but you need to checkout some of these great ideas. I am all about these Lettuce Wraps, what a great idea!

I am really excited about this - I can't wait to try some of these great ideas but I am even more excited to challenge myself to come up with some new ways to incorporate these great meals into my lunches and to make it My own Michelina's
