Revolt + Another Great Giveaway

This is my sixth Revolt post.  As always, I like to start my update with a quick review of the program in case this is your first time reading my Revolt posts.

Basically the program has 3 main components:

1. When you opt into this program you will receive a monthly meal plan.  You will learn how to eat healthier and how to prep in advance.  No thinking required throughout the week and no excuses.

2.  You will get a workout plan both in print and in video format.  Workouts change weekly so you won't get bored (this has always been one of my biggest excuses with other programs or DVD sets I have.  I get bored with repetition.)

3.  You will have access to an online support community.  A group of people going through this with you as well as people to answer your questions.

You get all this for $10 a month - way cheaper than a gym membership and any personal trainer programs out there.
What do you think?  I am loving it!

I mentioned in my last post that I would love some of my readers to join me.  Are any of you interested.  If you still aren't sure if this is the program for you or not you can give it a try.  Revolt is offering a free week membership!  How cool is that?  Believe me - you will love the workouts, the recipes, and the plan so much!

This week is "Detox Week" and I am excited to see the changes my body is making .. I am half way through the week and I have already lost 3 pounds.  Later in the week (today or tomorrow) I am going to take my measurements again and I will update this post with those numbers.  .  We are also doing some new, amazing total kick butt workouts and I feel the fat crying every day (or maybe it's me crying one or the other.)

I mentioned last week in my review and giveaway of the Krill Oil Supplements that there is a list of suggested supplements for this program.  I was happy when Vitacost contacted me to see if I would be interested in reviewing their new sports nutrition line, ARO, which stands for “Attack, Recover and Optimize,” it offers specially designed formulas and superior quality products at everyday low prices for the elite as well as the everyday athlete. The new line includes pre- and post-workout formulas, protein powders, flavored glutamine, creatine, and branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), in addition to other general health items designed to support athletic performance. All items in the line are free of artificial colors and gluten and contain no hidden ingredients, an increasingly important characteristic for sports nutrition products.

See that small container of Pre-Workout Concentrate?  By far my favorite product and let me tell you - it works!! This  is a pre-workout formula formulated by athletes for athletes, delivering aminos, standardized herbal extracts, creatine and caffeine to help you power through stronger and reach your fitness and body-sculpting goals.

Do you see anything up there you like?  In the past, I have also purchased my vitamins from Vitacost. They have a great assortment and great prices.

And now for the giveaway, how would you like to win a $25  Gift Card to use at Vitacost?

Here's the link for you again if you are interested in giving Revolt a try for free.  And please let me know if you decide to sign up - I would love to get a team together, maybe we can inspire each other.  Questions?  Ask away!!

Disclaimer I was asked to be part of this Fitness Revolution and provided a free membership in exchange for my honest review of it. I will be reviewing once a week All images and opinions I post are my own.
