Revolt Update and How You Can Try it For Free!

This is my fourth Revolt post.  I'll start my update with a quick review of the program in case this is your first time reading my Revolt posts.

Basically the program has 3 main components:

1. When you opt into this program you will receive a monthly meal plan.  You will learn how to eat healthier and how to prep in advance.  No thinking required throughout the week and no excuses.

2.  You will get a workout plan both in print and in video format.  Workouts change weekly so you won't get bored (this has always been one of my biggest excuses with other programs or DVD sets I have.  I get bored with repetition.)

3.  You will have access to an online support community.  A group of people going through this with you as well as people to answer your questions.

You get all this for $10 a month - way cheaper than a gym membership and any personal trainer programs out there.
What do you think?  I am loving it!

I mentioned in my last post that I would love some of my readers to join me.  Are any of you interested.  If you still aren't sure if this is the program for you or not you can give it a try.  Revolt is offering a free week membership!  How cool is that?  Believe me - you will love the workouts, the recipes, and the plan so much!

Since my blog is mostly about food, I like to focus on that in my reviews.  I want to show you that even someone who loves to cook and try new recipes as I do, can make a plan like this work.  The plan provides a weekly menu and recipes. You eat the same thing all week - this is the most difficult part for me but the plan also provides a list of approved foods. For me, I need to change things up once in a while so I took the list of foods and swapped out the chicken in my chicken fajita salad for shrimp a few times and added some mushrooms.  I loved it!!  And see that  - it's easy to make these subs.  If you have dietary restrictions you can use the approved list in the same way.

If your wondering how much weight I have lost  - I don't really know, a few pounds last time I weighed.  I prefer to break out the measuring tape and check the inches.  I have a hard time losing weight because I am certain that I messed up my metabolism on my last few diets - cutting out carbs completely and being exhausted all the time is not good for you.  Now I feel energized from these great (hard) workouts and from the healthy food that I am eating.  I have lost inches and I feel so much stronger.

Here's the link for you again if you are interested in giving Revolt a try for free.  And please let me know if you do - I would love to get a team together, maybe we can inspire each other.  Questions?  Ask away!!
