Revolt Update and a Giveaway!

This is my fifth Revolt post.  As always, I like to start my update with a quick review of the program in case this is your first time reading my Revolt posts.

Basically the program has 3 main components:

1. When you opt into this program you will receive a monthly meal plan.  You will learn how to eat healthier and how to prep in advance.  No thinking required throughout the week and no excuses.

2.  You will get a workout plan both in print and in video format.  Workouts change weekly so you won't get bored (this has always been one of my biggest excuses with other programs or DVD sets I have.  I get bored with repetition.)

3.  You will have access to an online support community.  A group of people going through this with you as well as people to answer your questions.

You get all this for $10 a month - way cheaper than a gym membership and any personal trainer programs out there.
What do you think?  I am loving it!

I mentioned in my last post that I would love some of my readers to join me.  Are any of you interested.  If you still aren't sure if this is the program for you or not you can give it a try.  Revolt is offering a free week membership!  How cool is that?  Believe me - you will love the workouts, the recipes, and the plan so much!

I made an inspiration board for myself  I thought I would share it with you guys (I'm sorry if I offend anyone with language)

So - how is it going for me?
I absolutely love the workouts!  They are intense and you can choose your own level when you do them.  They don't last long though and when I am done I always feel like a rock star.  I use to dread working out and look for excuses but these workouts fly by and I really look forward to them every morning.  The best part - I am getting stronger and I have upped my weights twice already.  I promise I'll hop on the scale and check my measurements for you guys next week - for now I am just happy knowing I'm stronger and my clothes are looking better on me.

Let's talk supplements - the program comes with a list of recommended supplements and one of those supplements is fish oil.  Right about the time I was starting to get my supplements and shopping list together I was contacted by Everest Nutrition and asked if I wanted to try out their Krill Oil - what a coincidence!

Krill Oil

Here is some info about Krill Oil:

Clinical data has shown Krill Oil seems to possess numerous benefits and has the ability to: protect your heart, lower your cholesterol, fight PMS symptoms, combat inflammation, optimize your brain's capabilities, fight aging AND boost your overall health and wellbeing!
These days we're all well aware of the importance of including Omega 3 fatty acids into our diets. Everest Nutrition Krill Oil is a fantastic source of Omega 3s, especially EPA and DHA benefits, the two essential fatty acids the body needs to maintain excellent health.
Everest Nutrition Krill Oil goes above and beyond what you would find in any Omega 3 supplement -- even when put up against the highest grade fish oil supplement!
My favorite part is that you don't get that after taste you get with fish oil.  These are now a part of my everyday routine.

Would you like to try it for yourself? How about a one month supply?

Here's the link for you again if you are interested in giving Revolt a try for free.  And please let me know if you do - I would love to get a team together, maybe we can inspire each other.  Questions?  Ask away!!

Disclaimer I was asked to be part of this Fitness Revolution and provided a free membership in exchange for my honest review of it. I will be reviewing once a week All images and opinions I post are my own.

  1. Saw your update on FB and had to check this out. It couldn't have come at a better time. I just tried on some shorts - no go! And my BFF is taking me on a cruise in 6 weeks to celebrate my 60th birthday. I had hoped to weigh at 60 what I weighed at 50, but that hasn't happened so far. Maybe this will help. Thanks for the chance.
