Revolt Update and a Giveaway!

This is my fifth Revolt post.  As always, I like to start my update with a quick review of the program in case this is your first time reading my Revolt posts.

Basically the program has 3 main components:

1. When you opt into this program you will receive a monthly meal plan.  You will learn how to eat healthier and how to prep in advance.  No thinking required throughout the week and no excuses.

2.  You will get a workout plan both in print and in video format.  Workouts change weekly so you won't get bored (this has always been one of my biggest excuses with other programs or DVD sets I have.  I get bored with repetition.)

3.  You will have access to an online support community.  A group of people going through this with you as well as people to answer your questions.

You get all this for $10 a month - way cheaper than a gym membership and any personal trainer programs out there.

So - how is it going for me?
I absolutely love the workouts!  They are intense and you can choose your own level when you do them.  They don't last long though and when I am done I always feel like a rock star.  I use to dread working out and look for excuses but these workouts fly by and I really look forward to them every morning.  The best part - I am getting stronger and I have upped my weights twice already.  I promise I'll hop on the scale and check my measurements for you guys next week - for now I am just happy knowing I'm stronger and my clothes are looking better on me.

  1. Saw your update on FB and had to check this out. It couldn't have come at a better time. I just tried on some shorts - no go! And my BFF is taking me on a cruise in 6 weeks to celebrate my 60th birthday. I had hoped to weigh at 60 what I weighed at 50, but that hasn't happened so far. Maybe this will help.
