Yup you read that correctly - I am revolting! It's a good thing though - really. I am so excited about it - you see I'm revolting against food that's bad for me and from other crazy diets that I have tried. And yes, I did lose those 10 pounds in my no carb diet last month but I also lost a ton of energy and couldn't even complete a workout.

The other day I made these delicious crepes from the meal plan and even the kids loved them! They did have a special request for an additional topping on theirs - but still they gobbled it up.
Alright - wish me luck everyone! I am determined to get back to my pre-surgery weight and fitness level- I will keep you all updated weekly.
