Make Your Own Ice Cream Sandwich Sundaes

I was going through the pictures in my camera yesterday and I saw these.  This was such a fun treat for the kids, they had so much fun creating and building their own sundaes with these ice cream sandwiches.  I wish this was my idea but sadly it was not.  We had dinner at Joe's Crab Shack and my kids polished off their delicious dinners so we let them share a dessert.  The server brought out ice cream sandwiches cut into smaller pieces and a bunch of fun toppings for the kids.  We recreated it at home a few times after that.  This is super simple and so much fun.

My kids love anything they can customize and build on their own.  This is fun because you just open p your fridge and pantry and see what you have on hand.    Forget the kids, hubby and I had fun with this one too!

Ingredients:
Ice cream sandwiches (cut into smaller pieces)
Assorted Toppings; sprinkles, caramel, hot fudge, cherries, whipped cream or cool whip, etc.

Directions:
Put it all out there and let the kids get creative!
