Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Yes, this is another Spinach and Artichoke Dip.  Yes, you see these everywhere and probably have your own recipe that you use, or you already have it bookmarked or pinned.  But it's Spinach and Artichoke Dip - and everyone loves a good Spinach and Artichoke Dip -  so why not read one more recipe for this great dip and maybe bookmark or pin it again.  If you make this one I guarantee you will really enjoy it!!  I found a  basic recipe on the Kraft website and then in typical foodandcrafts fashion  I added my own twist...and have some ideas for a few more twists to try another time.
Do you have your own version of this oldie but goodie?  Whats your secret?
I adapted this recipe to my own by replacing the frozen spinach with fresh and adding my favorite ingredient - garlic....enjoy!

recipe adapted from Kraft
What you need:
1 (14 oz) can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 -1 package of spinach, roughly chopped (I used 1/2 a package and would definitely use  more next time)
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 cup mayonnaise (I used low fat)
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 garlic cloves, minced

What you do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a pie plate or quiche dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and ingredients are heated through.

Have a Happy and Healthy Thanksgiving Everyone!
