I don't know about you but I feel like no matter how hard I try to plan our meals or take the time to make a thorough shopping list, without fail I always need to go back to the grocery store at least 3 extra times every week. Last week I noticed we were out of bread and I needed to make sandwiches for 2 kids and 1 husband and I really did not want to go back to the store again. I have been trying to make a lot more bread lately, and after having my bread machine for years and watching it collect dust for more than half of that time, I have finally learned how to utilize this thing. I stopped making bread for a while in it because I hated that crater on the bottom from where it was attached the mixer inside the machine (you know what I'm talking about right?) I have finally learned that a bread machine is great for prepping the dough and then you just finish it in the oven. Now I use it all the time! There was the Rosemary Focaccia, the Challah , Pita and even Pretzels! Now I can add these yummy crusty on the outside and soft on the inside dinner rolls to that list. Enjoy!

What you need:
1 1/4 cups warm water
1 egg white
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 -3 1/4 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
What you do:
Place ingredients in bread machine pan as suggested by manufacturer.
Choose dough cycle and start machine.
When the dough cycle is done, remove dough.
Form 12 rolls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm, draft-free location for 30 to 40 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
