Peanut Butter "Cheese Ball"

Its Friday! That means it's time for another Your Recipe- My Kitchen Post.

This recipe has been  hanging out on my Pinterest board for quite some time. It  is a fantastic Peanut Butter "Cheese Ball" from The Girl Who Ate Everything.   And it is now one of our favorite treats!  I can't make this one too often though - it's pretty dangerous, I'm certain I could eat this for breakfast, lunch and dinner (maybe for a midnight snack as well.) Enjoy!!

What you need:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter (not all-natural)
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips (I used dark chocolate chips)
3/4 cup peanut butter chips
Graham crackers

What you do:
Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and brown sugar in large bowl until blended.   Spoon the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap; bring up all four corners and twist tightly forming into a ball shape.  I then placed it into a round dish to help hold the shape.
Freeze for 1 1/2 hours or until firm enough to keep its shape.   Pour peanut butter chips and chocolate chips on a flat dish. Remove ball from plastic wrap and roll ball into chips to completely coat, pressing chips into the ball as needed.

Place "cheese ball" on serving dish; cover and freeze for 2 hours or until almost firm. (Can be made ahead. If frozen overnight, thaw at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.) Serve with graham crackers.
