What I Bookmarked This Week

It's Saturday - time to share my weekly bookmarks with you. These are recipes I want to try or projects that have inspired me. Here are a few from this week I hope they inspire you as well. This week it's all recipes.

Joy the Baker made these Lemon, Olive and Parsley Quinoa Cakes.  I love finding new quinoa recipes!

Once again, I have bookmarked another great recipe from Closet Cooking.  I LOVE eggplant and I LOVE olives. I can't wait to give this a try - it's Eggplant Tortino in a Kalmata Olive Marinara Sauce - double yum!

Eggplant Tortino

Mushroom and Gruyere Pizza from Art+Food+Life - Oh Yeah!!

My favorite dessert is a good brownie.  Six Sisters' Stuff took my favorite dessert and stuffed it with caramel (and turned it into a cookie) I need to try these Caramel Chocolate Brownie Crinkle Cookies soon!

I saw this drink recipe at The Kitchn today and thought these Fig Old-Fashioneds would be the perfect cocktail for mine and hubbies at home without the kids date night tonight.

Also don't forget, if you have been bookmarked on my site be sure to grab a button from the right sidebar
You can find a lot more of my favorite things on Pinterest - yes I'm addicted too!
These are few of the many things in the blogosphere that have inspired me this week - what has inspired you??
