Pumpkin Pie Smoothies

Its Friday! That means it's time for another Your Recipe- My Kitchen Post.

The kids were home from school for fall break last week and we literally cooked our way through the week.  The last day I saw a recipe for Pumpkin Pie Smoothies at This Chick Cooks and they sounded so good!  The kids and I made these smoothies and enjoyed them while spending our last day of break outside.

this recipe is for one

recipe adapted from This Chick Cooks

What you need:
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 banana sliced
1/2 cup milk
a dash of pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon  honey
about 5 ice cubes

What you do:
Blend and Enjoy!!
