Peanut Butter S'more Bars

These bars were inspired by a recipe I saw on the Pillsbury website.  I was searching for a simple bar to throw together for the bake sale at Sweet Girls school.  Peanut Butter S'mores sounded so good!  I had to try it. The ones I made for the bake sale were closer to the recipe on line which included M&M's - they looked like this:

I made a batch for us to keep at home and they, in my opinion, were so much better - here's the recipe. Enjoy!!

What you need:
1 roll of peanut butter cookie dough
3 cups of mini marshmallows
1/2 bag of mini chocolate chips

What you do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 13x9 pan with cooking spray
Break up dough with floured fingers and press into the pan to form the crust.

Bake for 16-19 minutes (until golden brown.)
Sprinkle with marshmallows

Bake for another minute or two. You want the marshmallows to puff up.
Remove from oven and top with chocolate chips.
Let it cool before cutting into squares.
