Yarn Wreath

It seems like everyone in blog land is making amazing yarn wreaths these days - I had to jump on that bandwagon.  I just love them all - like this one, this one , this one and this one.  I am really happy with how mine came out but I have to admit the process of wrapping the yarn was so tedious.  I am happy I chose neutral calors for this project so I only need to change out the embellishments for different holidays and seasons instead of making a new wreath.  Here is what I used for this project:

  •  A grapevine wreath
  • yarn
  • decorative pics
I left the wrapping on the wreath (because thats what other bloggers suggested) and wrapped away.  I originally alternated the 2 colors but my finished wreath looked like a life saver (the kind you throw off a boat to rescue someone.) So - I went back and redid most of it in grey leaving a small section white.  Then I just stuck the pics in.  Thats it!
