This book is written by Stefan Aschan. A little background on Stefan Aschan first. Mr. Aschan has a masters degree in nutrition and has worked in the culinary arts as well as in the weight loss arena and currently has 9 fitness certificates. I admit, I was a bit overwhelmed with the amount of information in this book but I realized while this book could be followed page by page it is also a book that you can use as a reference- find what works for you and go for it.
