Tuesdays Workout Review and Book Giveaway Winner

I am still sticking with P90X and feeling stronger every week! With P90X you chart how many reps you do with each of the workouts and I am able to lift, squat , lunge, pull and push more every time I do it. I feel great so I'll be sticking with it a while longer.
OK - now its confession time -I Hate Yoga! Who's with me? Not a lot of people I know. Yoga is suppose to be relaxing and so good for you but I can't get into it no matter how hard I try. You see, I am one of those people who can't turn their heads off long enough to relax, slow down and hold a pose. Wednesdays are my yoga days with P90X and would you believe these yoga workouts are over an hour long? Wednesdays are also my days to volunteer in Sweet Girls class at school so this past week I used that as my excuse to skip P90x's yoga workout - I know terrible. But wait... I did make up for it. I did Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown instead. I have done this workout a few times in the past and I actually enjoy this workout - I was shocked when I first did it because - well I hate yoga (I know I said it again)! Jillian adds aerobic movement to the yoga poses and that's why I like it so much and I keep going back to it. If you are like me and can't sit through an entire yoga DVD or if you just want to try something different give this workout a try.
