OK you guys -I'm holding myself to it. I reviewed some On Demand exercise videos last week and promised more reviews (mostly as a way to keep myself committed.) I've been good! I continued with Amy Dixon's Bootcamp Body Makeover I love this one, but I know its going to disappear from On Demand soon - I would consider purchasing this one I really like it. Another one I started is Piloxing, it is a combination of boxing and pilates. I love this one too! It is different and that's what I like most about it. As I've mentioned before, I really don't like to workout so I am always looking for something that will keep me motivated. I am a big fan of anything that incorporates boxing moves into the workout and that's why these 2 workouts have been some of my favorites that I have done lately.
What keeps you motivated to workout? Any workout video recommendations?
