More on Exercise Videos

OK you guys -I'm holding myself to it.  I reviewed some On Demand exercise videos last week and promised more reviews (mostly as a way to keep myself committed.)  I've been good!  I continued with Amy Dixon's Bootcamp Body Makeover I love this one, but I know its going to disappear from On Demand soon  - I would consider purchasing this one I really like it.  Another one I started is Piloxing, it is a combination of boxing and pilates.  I love this one too! It is different and that's what I like most about it.  As I've mentioned before, I really don't like to workout so I am always looking for something that will keep me motivated. I am a big fan of anything that incorporates boxing moves into the workout and that's why these 2 workouts have been some of my favorites that I have done lately. 

What keeps you motivated to workout?  Any workout video recommendations?

  1. oh my....i'm so horrible,.. this is so not funny...i've gained so much weight since the girls have been home....i'm going to have to literally starve to get down to a normal size...hahah.....i have no motivation! sorry i'm a big fat blob right now...holidays do this to me!:(

  2. I know it is lame, but I am partial to Richard Simmon's Dancing with the Oldies. I just love the music and it really doesn't seem like exercise.

    I also like Leslie Sansone's dvds. I am not the most athletic person so her walking videos are perfect for me. She has a good kick-boxing one.
