I know my blog is about food and crafts...well mostly. I think I may add a review of some of the On Demand exercise videos I've been doing. Why? Well it's pretty selfish actually - if I commit to writing about them maybe I'll be less likely to slack on my workouts. We gave up our gym membership to save a few dollars and it is definitely a lot harder to workout without the motivation of a group or an instructor. I rely on my videos and Exercise TV mostly, if it's nice out I love to go to the trails at the parks around here.
So up for review today are two Amy Dixon videos - I love her workouts. I discovered her on Exercise TV, she is a great motivator and her videos rock. I admit it - I do not like working out! I said it - its true I don't. But, I do love kickboxing and when it is added to a workout I become a fan. The video I tried recently was Boot camp Body Makeover, a definite two thumbs up. I will do this one again. I also finished with another Amy Dixon video but I cant find a link to it, it was her 10 minute ab video. I really liked this one too. I definitely recommend both and will keep doing both until they disappear from my On Demand lineup.
