These cute coasters are so easy to make. All you need a re a few tiles from Lowe's or Home Depot, Some holiday paper, Mod Podge, sand paper and felt circles.
Cut the paper to the size you need and use mod podge to adhere it to the tile. I like to sand the edges a bit after it dries. When you are done you add felt circles to the bottom.
I gave these as teacher gifts one year. I monogrammed the top tile and wrapped them up in a matching ribbon. This is my set that I made a few years back but I am itching to make some more so there may be future posts of these.

I love that paisley paper! Where did you get that? I have a paisley obsession : )

ReplyDeleteQuestion......when you put a glass on the coaster that sweats....does it make it the modge podge sticky gooey again?
ReplyDeleteNow that you mention it, I am pretty sure I used some type of sealant over the entire coaster. I made these a year or two ago so I had forgotten about that. Thanks for asking!
