Witch Hat Cookies

I started making these adorable witch hat cookies last year.  I love them and they are easy to make. I make them for all the kids Halloween parties.

Needed:
Your choice of chocolate cookie (I like the Keebler fudge cookies for this)
Hershey's Kisses
Icing

I use the bottom of the fudge cookies and attach the kisses to it.  You can do this with a dot of icing or, I prefer the non kid friendly way.  I use a lighter to slightly melt the chocolate so it will adhere to the cookie.

Then simply pipe a bow onto your witches hat and you are done.  Simple!

Enjoy!
